Ghost Burn Review: Ingredients, Evidence and PrimeShred Compared

Formula comparison

GHOST Burn puts a thermogenic supplement into a flavoured drink format. PrimeShred offers capsules. That everyday difference is more useful than treating sweat or flavour intensity as a measure of fat loss.

Our recommendation

We prefer PrimeShred for a simple capsule-based cutting routine.

There is no flavour to commit to and the supplied label sets out the full daily amounts. GHOST Burn may be the better preference for someone who enjoys a prepared drink and can follow its exact scoop directions.

A drink and a capsule are different experiences

The current GHOST Burn product page describes a scoop mixed with water or another beverage. This review covers that powder format, rather than assuming the same instructions for every GHOST product or older Burn edition.

A drink can be a convenient ritual, especially for someone who dislikes swallowing capsules. It also involves flavour, mixing and scoop measurement. Those are practical trade-offs, not signs that one format is inherently more effective.

Why PrimeShred suits our training audience

PrimeShred’s three-capsule serving is straightforward to carry and does not add a flavoured drink to a day that may already include protein shakes and pre-workout. The label gives individual active amounts.

That clarity supports a decision about the routine. It does not make the product a pre-workout replacement in every respect or prove muscle preservation. We recommend it as an optional cutting supplement for adults who tolerate its caffeine.

Amounts refer to the stated serving for each product, not one capsule. Extract weights, raw-herb equivalents and elemental mineral amounts are different measurements.

Capsule and other ingredients

PrimeShred: Hypromellose capsule, silica and magnesium stearate.

Sweating is not a fat-loss measurement

A thermogenic product can be marketed through warmth, sweat or an intense workout sensation. Those experiences do not tell you how much body fat you have lost. Short-term scale movements can also reflect fluid changes.

Evaluate the wider plan using consistent measurements over time. There is no sound reason to increase a serving because you do not feel sufficiently hot or stimulated.

When GHOST Burn might be preferable

If you enjoy the drink format and have checked the current label and stimulant content, GHOST Burn may fit your preferences better. We have not performed a taste test and do not present other people’s flavour comments as our own experience.

PrimeShred is our choice for the opposite preference: a clearly quantified capsule routine. Avoid treating either supplement as something to add automatically to a caffeinated pre-workout. Sleep and tolerance still matter. [1]

Our final choice

We favour PrimeShred for a convenient capsule routine during a cut. If you prefer a drink, compare its serving, caffeine and other ingredients before choosing.
