Formula comparison
Instant Knockout Cut is aimed at people who take training seriously. PrimeShred serves a similar audience. Our choice comes down to the supplement routine around your cut, rather than promises of a fighter’s physique.

Our recommendation
PrimeShred is our preferred capsule option for a planned cut.
We favour its disclosed daily formula, including 225 mg caffeine anhydrous, 250 mg theanine and 300 mg tyrosine. Those are clear quantities to fit into a training day. They do not establish that PrimeShred preserves muscle or produces more fat loss than Instant Knockout.

This review covers Instant Knockout Cut, the weight-management supplement. A meal product or a bundle is a different purchase. The current manufacturer ingredient page includes caffeine, theanine, green tea, cayenne, black pepper, glucomannan and vitamins.
That is a recognisable combination, and we do not describe Instant Knockout as an unknown-ingredient product. Buyers should compare the complete daily serving on the relevant market’s label, especially where a product page includes regional nutrition panels.
Why we lean towards PrimeShred
PrimeShred makes most sense when you want a quantified daytime supplement alongside a diet and training programme you already understand. Its three-capsule serving combines stimulant and non-stimulant ingredients without requiring a flavoured drink.
We prefer the clarity of that routine, not a bigger list of purported fat-burning pathways. Instant Knockout’s inclusion of glucomannan gives a fibre-related distinction, but the daily amount and water instructions determine how meaningful that distinction is.
Amounts refer to the stated serving for each product, not one capsule. Extract weights, raw-herb equivalents and elemental mineral amounts are different measurements.

What actually protects your training progress?
The claim "for cutting" describes the audience. It is not evidence that a capsule prevents muscle loss. A controlled trial combining energy restriction, training and different protein intakes supports attention to the diet and training programme. [1]
Track strength, recovery and the pace of weight change. If performance is deteriorating, review the size of your deficit and the rest of your plan before treating another stimulant serving as the answer. Neither product supplies the protein or training stimulus on which muscle retention depends.
The pre-workout question
Before buying either supplement, list the caffeine already present in your coffee, energy drinks and pre-workout. Do not count only the word "caffeine" if guarana or another source is also included. More stimulation is not a meaningful measure of a better cut.
PrimeShred is our preference for a caffeine-tolerant adult using it as one planned supplement. If training happens close to bedtime, the more useful decision may be to avoid a stimulant supplement altogether. Caffeine timing can affect sleep. [2]
Our final choice
For a training-focused buyer who wants a disclosed capsule formula, we would choose PrimeShred. Keep the purchase in its proper place: an optional part of a cut, with food, lifting and recovery doing the central work.
