This review concerns the caffeine-containing Fat Burner, not the separate stimulant-free product or Lean pre-workout. The current product page highlights green tea, ForsLean, natural caffeine, theanine, Capsimax and BioPerine.
Its tea extract is described using an EGCG standardisation. That must not be treated as equivalent to PhenGold or PrimeShred’s percentage for total polyphenols. One label’s higher extract weight does not necessarily supply more of a particular constituent.
How the formulas differ
Transparent Labs has made ingredient disclosure central to its presentation. We cannot fairly claim that PrimeShred wins simply by being transparent. The useful distinction is the ingredient mix and how you would use it.
PrimeShred’s supplied daily formula contains 300 mg tyrosine and 250 mg rhodiola, alongside 250 mg theanine and its caffeine. We prefer that combination for the audience of this site. A reader specifically looking for forskolin may reasonably prefer the alternative.
Amounts refer to the stated serving for each product, not one capsule. Extract weights, raw-herb equivalents and elemental mineral amounts are different measurements.
